"SEASONS OF CHANGE"

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind, (2 Timothy 1:7).

In a season of drastic change, fear can easily grip our minds. For instance, suddenly we are inundated with negative small talk and media coverage on COVID-19, Coronavirus. No warning about or choice in what to do, but having been forced into something we have no control of, sparked a great deal of fear in our country. From seeing people sick to some dying, going to the grocery stores and finding empty shelves of items we normally buy on an everyday basis, triggered our minds into thinking, "What will tomorrow bring?"

Fear is false evidence appearing real, so we are left with a choice. Will I choose to walk in fear of what I see around me, or will I choose to believe what God has promised in His Word? When adversity stand in the way of our freedom, sometimes we are ready to throw in the towel.

When we know God as our personal savior, I beg the differ. This is the opportune time to stand firm on the Word of God, not giving any foothold to the devil, because the greater one lives inside of us. With Him we are world over-comers, more than conquerors. God has given us the power to tread over death, sickness, and demonic oppression, and nothing by any means shall hurt us. So, in a season of change refuse to fear and walk in the faith of God (His Word) knowing that:

THIS TOO SHALL PASS!!!!! SELAH
